THE IMPORTANCE OF SETTING UP YOUR BUSINESS DOMAIN

For improved deliverability and a more professional appearance, we recommend connecting your custom domain to Bunce.


Connecting your custom domain


  1. Navigate to Settings → Domain → in your Bunce account.
  • Locate the option to Set up Domain 

  • Enter your custom domain details, then click on set up domain



  1. Bunce will provide DNS settings to update your domain's DNS records. These records enable Bunce to send emails on your behalf without affecting your existing DNS records.


  • Once updated, Bunce automatically verifies the DNS settings. Verification may take a few minutes to hours, but you can manually check the status on the dashboard.

Note: You won't be able to send emails until the DNS verification is confirmed.
