Billing Guide

Here's everything you need to know about managing your billing with us:

1. Seven-Day Free Trial

When you sign up for the first time, you are eligible for a seven-day free trial. During this trial period, you can:

• Select a Plan: Choose the plan that best fits your needs.
• Add Payment Information: You can either add your payment card details or opt not to provide them immediately.

Before your trial period ends, we will send you reminder emails. Once the trial is over, access to the app will require payment. If no payment is made, access to the app will be restricted.

2. Payment Plans

We offer a variety of payment plans to meet your organization's needs. Our plans are based on:

• Monthly Active Users (MAU): are users who either engage with or are engaged by a customer. This includes performing an event or completing a transaction.
• Monthly Emails Sent
• Monthly SMS Sent

Simply choose the plan that aligns with your usage and requirements.

3. Payment Options

We accept several payment methods for your convenience:

• Credit/Debit Card
• Bank Transfer
• Bank Payment
• USSD

Select the payment method that works best for you.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be set on either a monthly or annual basis, depending on your preference..
