Creating a Campaign Triggered by a Customer Entering a Segment
Select the Trigger
Begin by choosing the trigger for your campaign.
- Click on "When a customer enters a segment".
- A dropdown list will appear, displaying the segments you've previously created.
- Select the specific segment that will trigger this campaign.
Move to the Next Step
Once you've selected your segment, click on the "Next" button.
- Configure Settings and Goals
- On the Settings and Goals page, define how often a customer can re-enter the campaign based on the trigger conditions.
- Choose from the available sending frequency options:
- Send once: Customers will only enter the campaign once, even if they meet the conditions again.
- Send every time: Customers will enter the campaign every time they meet the trigger conditions.
- Send at intervals: Define a specific interval at which customers can re-enter the campaign.
Segment Settings
Choose the appropriate segment setting for the automation:
- Future Customers Only: The campaign will trigger only for customers who enter the segment in the future.
- Existing or Historic Customers: The campaign will trigger for both current and future customers within the selected segment.
Proceed to Workflow
After configuring the segment settings, click "Next" to move to the Workflow page.
