HOW TO TRACK BROADCAST PERFORMANCE
Tracking the performance of your broadcasts is essential for understanding how effectively your messages are reaching and engaging your audience. Bunce provides a detailed performance tracking feature that allows you to analyze your broadcasts in depth.

Accessing Broadcast Performance
- Navigate to the Broadcast Tab
- On the Bunce dashboard, go to the Broadcasts tab.
Here, you’ll find a list of all created and sent broadcasts.
- View Broadcast Details
Each broadcast displays key information, including:
- Title: The name of the broadcast.
- Channel: The communication channel used (e.g., Email, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Statuses: Metrics showing how the broadcast performed. These include:
- Sent: The total number of messages successfully sent to customers.
- Delivered: The number of messages that successfully reached the recipients' inboxes or devices.
- Opened: The count of recipients who opened the message (email or notification).
- Failed: The number of messages that could not be delivered (e.g., invalid email addresses, server issues).
- Clicked: The total number of recipients who clicked any links included in the message.
Detailed Broadcast Analysis
To dive deeper into a specific broadcast's performance, follow these steps:
1. Click on the Title of the Broadcast
- Clicking the broadcast title opens a detailed view with multiple tabs for comprehensive insights.
2. Overview Tab
- The Overview tab displays a performance graph that visually represents the broadcast’s metrics over time.
- Use this graph to identify trends such as peak engagement periods or delivery issues.
3. Customers Tab
- The Customers tab lists all recipients of the broadcast.
- For each customer, you can see:
- The status of the message (Sent, Delivered, Opened, Failed, or Clicked).
- The timestamp for when the message reached each status.
This tab provides granular insight into individual customer interactions.
4. Link Performance Tab
If your broadcast included a link, the Link Performance tab tracks how the link performed.
- Metrics displayed here include:
- Total Clicks: The total number of clicks on the link.
- Customer Details: Clicking on the total clicks metric reveals:
- A list of customers who clicked the link.
- The number of times each customer clicked the link.
- Use this information to identify highly engaged customers or assess the effectiveness of your call-to-action.
