HOW TO UPLOAD CUSTOMERS ON BUNCE - BULK UPLOAD

Our redesigned way of importing customers on Bunce is better and more intuitive than ever.

Steps to Bulk Upload Customers:

  1. Access the Import Customer Page
    • Navigate to the "Import Customers" page and click on the Upload File option.



  2. Obtain the CSV Template
    • Click on See Template Here to download the CSV template file.
    • Alternatively, you can upload your own CSV file directly from your device.

  3. Unique Identifiers Requirement
    • Ensure that your file includes at least one column with Email Address or Custom ID, as either serves as the unique identifier. It is important to also note that you can upload at least one column as long as it is the 'Email address' or ' Customer ID' Column.

  1. Upload Your File
    • Click on the Click to Upload hyperlink to select your file, then click on Upload.
    • Your file will now appear on the interface.



  2. Pair Columns to Attributes
    • For each column in your file, use the dropdown menu to pair it with a standard attribute.
    • Standard attributes include:
      • First Name
      • Last Name
      • Email
      • Phone Number
      • Customer ID

  • To add custom attributes, click on Add Attribute. Provide the following details:
    • Name: Enter a name for the attribute.
    • Datatype: Select the datatype for the attribute.
    • Create: Confirm and create the attribute.

  1. Finalize Upload
    • Once all columns are paired, click on Finalize Upload.
    • Congratulations! You have successfully added your customers to Bunce.
