UNSUBSCRIBED CUSTOMERS MANAGEMENT
Customers now have the flexibility to unsubscribe from emails, SMS, and push notifications—and resubscribe at any time. You can easily track unsubscribed customers and identify the engagement channels they opted out of, all from the Customers page on your dashboard.
How to View Unsubscribed Customers
To check which customers have unsubscribed and from which channel:
Navigate to the Customers page in the app.
Click on the All Customers dropdown filter.
Select Unsubscribed from the filter options.
You will now see a list of customers who have unsubscribed, along with the specific channels they opted out of.
This feature helps you manage customer preferences efficiently while maintaining transparency in communication. 🚀
