Plan ahead and streamline your communication with our Message Scheduling feature! Now, you can create messages in advance and schedule them to be sent at the optimal time. Whether it's an email, SMS, or push notification, this feature ensures your messages reach your audience when they are most likely to engage. It’s perfect for coordinating marketing campaigns, managing time zones, and maintaining consistency in your messaging strategy.

How to Schedule a Message

Follow these simple steps to schedule a message:

1. Navigate to the Broadcast Tab

   • Go to the Broadcast section and click Create Broadcast.

     

2. Select an Engagement Channel
   • Choose your preferred channel: Email, SMS, Push Notification, etc.
3. Create Your Message
   • Compose your message and select your recipients.
4. Schedule the Message

   • In the Schedule step, select Send Later instead of Send Now.

     
     

     

   • Choose your time zone, date, and time for the message to be sent.

5. Review & Confirm
   • Click Next, review your settings, and confirm.
   • Your message will be sent automatically at the scheduled time.
