How to Use the WhatsApp Team Inbox

To use the WhatsApp Team Inbox, you first need to integrate your WhatsApp account with Bunce. If you haven't done this yet, click here to complete the integration.

Once your WhatsApp is integrated, follow these steps to access and use the Team Inbox:

1. Open the Bunce App – Navigate to the WhatsApp section and select the Team Inbox tab.

   
   

   

   
   

   

2. Start a Conversation – Click on the "+" icon to send a message to a customer.

   
   

   

3. Select a Contact – You can either:
   • Search for an existing contact from your saved list.

   • Add a new contact manually.

     
     

     

     
     
4. Proceed to the Next Step – After selecting or adding a contact, click on the "Next" button.

5. Choose a Message Template – A list of pre-approved WhatsApp templates will be displayed. Select the template that best fits your message.

   

   
   
   
6. Send the Message – Click on "Submit", and the message will be sent to the customer.

Once the message is sent, you can continue the conversation with your customer directly through the WhatsApp Team Inbox.
