CAMPAIGNS GOALS AND SETTINGS
Campaign Settings & Goals
Once you've selected your campaign trigger, the next step is to configure Campaign Settings and optionally set Campaign Goals to measure success.
This guide walks you through each of these key settings and what they mean for your customer engagement workflows.
1. Sending Frequency
This setting controls how often a customer can enter a campaign when the trigger condition is met.
Send Once
→ A customer can enter this campaign only once, even if they meet the trigger condition multiple times in the future.
Send Every Time
→ A customer enters the campaign every single time they meet the trigger condition.
Send at Intervals
→ Define a custom time interval between each time a customer can re-enter the campaign.
- Example: Once every 7 days
2. Set Campaign Goals & Conversion Conditions (Optional)
Goals help track whether a customer completes a desired action after entering your campaign. They are beneficial for measuring success or exiting customers early based on behaviour.
How to Set a Goal:
Select a goal type from the dropdown:
- Customer performs an event
- Customer enters a segment
- Customer leaves a segment
Choose a specific event or segment based on the goal type selected.
Define a conversion window:
Set a timeframe during which the goal must be met for it to count as a conversion.
Choose from minutes, hours, or days after the campaign trigger.
Example: “Customer performs event within 2 days after campaign trigger.”
3. Campaign Exit Conditions
Exit conditions determine when a customer leaves the campaign flow, especially if they've already completed a goal.
Two Available Exit Options:
Exit on Goal Completion
→ The customer will exit the campaign immediately once they meet the campaign goal.
Complete Full Flow Regardless of Goal
→ The customer will continue through all campaign steps, even if they meet the goal early.
