FILTERING AND EXPORTING DATA
Filtering & Exporting Data
Bunce provides a powerful and flexible system to filter your data—such as customers, broadcasts, and events—and export it for reporting, analysis, or backup.
This guide will show you how to:
- Apply filters to narrow your data
Export filtered results as a CSV file
🔍 1. Applying Filters
You can filter data in major sections like Customers, Campaigns, and Broadcasts to find specific records or trends.
Common Filter Options:
- Date: (e.g., “Last 30 days”)
- Status: e.g., Active, Unsubscribed, Bounced
- Creator: Filter by campaign or broadcast creator
Channel: e.g., Email, SMS, WhatsApp
How to Apply Filters:
- Go to the relevant page (e.g., Broadcasts).
- Click the “Filter by channel” button at the top.
Add one or more filter conditions using dropdowns to view your results automatically.
You can combine multiple filters (e.g., “Created by Rabi” AND “Channel = SMS”) to create advanced views.
2. Exporting Filtered Data
After applying your desired filters, you can export the filtered data as a CSV file, perfect for spreadsheets or external tools.
