HOW TO BUILD TEMPLATES
Templates are pre-designed layouts or formats that streamline creating engagement messages (email, sms, push notifications, in-app notifications), segments, events, campaigns or any other thing you would manually create on Bunce. They serve as reusable structures, ensuring consistency in design and saving time for future projects.
There are two types of templates available on Bunce:
1. Campaign Templates
Campaign templates are used to define the structure and workflow of your marketing campaign. These templates include elements like triggers, conditions, and actions that automate the campaign process. They focus on how and when messages are sent, ensuring targeted and efficient communication with customers.
For example:
- A campaign template might automate a welcome email sequence triggered when a new user signs up.
- It could also manage abandoned cart reminders for e-commerce businesses.
2. Email Templates
Email templates are used to design the content of individual emails. They focus on the visual and textual aspects of an email, such as layout, fonts, images, and call-to-action buttons. These templates ensure that your emails are aesthetically pleasing and aligned with your brand identity.
For example:
- An email template might include a header, body text, images, and a footer with social media links.
- It can be customized to match specific campaigns while maintaining a consistent look and feel.
