HOW TO USE AN EXISTING TEMPLATE

Using an existing template is a quick and efficient way to create campaigns or emails without starting from scratch. Bunce provides a library of pre-designed templates that can be customized to suit your needs.




Steps to Build Using an Existing Template

  1. Navigate to the Templates Page
    • Log in to the Bunce dashboard.
    • From the side menu bar, select Templates to open the Templates page.


  2. Choose an Existing Template
    • Browse through the list of pre-designed templates available in the Templates Library.
    • Select the template that best matches your campaign or email requirements.


  3. Edit the Template
    • After selecting a template, click on the Edit button to open it in the appropriate editor (Campaign Editor or Email Editor).
    • Customize the following elements to tailor the template to your needs:
      • Text: Edit content to reflect your message or campaign objectives.
      • Images: Replace placeholder images with your own visuals or logos.
      • Buttons and Links: Update buttons and links to redirect to the correct pages (e.g., landing pages, product pages).
      • Colors and Fonts: Adjust the design to align with your brand’s style.
      • Structure: Add, remove, or rearrange sections as needed.
  4. Preview Your Template
    • Use the Preview feature to see how your template will look on desktop and mobile devices.

    • Ensure all elements (text, images, buttons) are correctly positioned and functional.
  5. Save Your Template
    • Once you’ve made all necessary customizations, click Done editing to store your updated template.
    • You can now use this template for your email broadcasts or campaigns.
  6. Test Your Template (Optional)
    • Send a test email to yourself or your team to verify the design and functionality.
    • Check for any formatting issues, broken links, or missing elements.
