How to Create an Email Broadcast

Overview

Broadcasts are single messages sent to one or more customers. These can be delivered via SMS, Email, Push Notifications, or WhatsApp. In this guide, we'll focus on creating and sending Email broadcasts.

Steps to Send an Email Broadcast:

1. Navigate to Engage:

   On the side menu, click on Engage.

2. Access the Broadcasts Tab:

   Click on the Broadcasts tab, located next to the Campaign tab.

3. Create a New Broadcast:

   Select Create Broadcast, and a dropdown menu will appear with options for SMS, Email, Push Notification, and WhatsApp. Choose Email.

4. Connect Your Domain:

   Before you can send emails, ensure that your domain is connected. If it's not connected, follow the necessary steps to do so. Click here 

5. Input Broadcast Details:
   • Enter the Title of your email.
   • Specify the Sender Name, From Address, and Reply-To Address.
6. Compose Your Email:
   • You can create your email message using the Plain Text, Drag-and-Drop, or HTML Editor.

7. Choose Recipients:

   Click Next and select the customer(s) you want to receive the email.

8. Schedule Your Broadcast:
   • After selecting your recipients, click Next.

• Choose whether to send the email Now or schedule it for a Later time.

9. Review and Send:

   Carefully review your email content and settings. Once you're satisfied, click Send.

That's it! You've successfully sent an email broadcast.
