DATA TYPES ON BUNCE

Understanding Data Types on Bunce

Data on Bunce is broken down into 3 categories,

1. Standard Attributes: These are basic customer data that are standardised across most of the clients on Bunce. This include,

- First Name

- Last Name

- Email (Unique Identifier)

- Phone number

- Customer ID (Unique Identifier)

NB: This data can be uploaded both manually (via CSV and dashboard) and automatically (Via API).

2. Custom Attributes: These are additional customer data, in addition to the above Standard Attributes, These are mostly custom and mostly static data that are specific to your company operations. Examples here would be - Location, Gender, Approved limit etc.

3. Events: These are mostly “repeatable” actions which your customers take on your application. The system has been specifically built to track various data points (event parameters) in addition to tracking specific events.
