WHAT IS A CAMPAIGN

What is a Campaign?

A Campaign is a series of activities designed to engage your customers through various channels (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.) with the goal of prompting them to take a specific action or achieve a particular outcome. Campaigns are essential for automating customer interactions and driving results in an efficient manner.

Understanding Triggers

Before a campaign can begin, it requires a trigger. A trigger is an event or condition that initiates the campaign. It represents the starting point of a customer journey within the campaign. Essentially, a trigger causes the system to perform the specified action or start the process.

    • Then select the Campaign tab.
    • Click on Create a Campaign.
