IMAGE NOT UPLOADING/COMING OUT WEIRD

An email template with an "unuploaded" picture

When uploading images to a template, the image needs to be,

1. Successfully uploaded

2. Converted to the right format to display the image in the editor''

This is a successfully uploaded and converted image in our editor

You will see the image clearly and you wont see any loader/loading sign at the centre of the image.

If you take note as well, you will see the Image URL at the right with something similar to - https://assets.unlayer.com/…..

This is how to know your image was successfully uploaded and converted.

However, this is another image which “IS NOT” successfully uploaded or converted.

You will see a loader still at the centre of the image and the URL (at the bottom right is - data.image/jpeg.base…..

This is the root cause of the issue.

The template you sent had an image which was not successfully “uploaded and converted”

This could have been because of network issues from your end at the time.

What we noticed is, if you go ahead to save the template like this, it will lead to the weird email at the beginning of this guide.

RESOLUTION

The simple solution to this is, to re-upload the image in that specific template once again and ensure it is uploaded and converted successfully.

Hope this explains the issue, please contact support@bunce.so or via the in app chat for assistance.
